Fairly traded coffee and cocoa (by ‘Café Richard’) plus a selection of teas and infusions
Various breads and pastries are freshly delivered every morning

Savoury selection
Bacon, dry cured ham, cooked ham, scrambled eggs, selection of cheeses including Saint Nectaire, fresh yoghurt and sausages, scrambled eggs and sausages served on request. 

Delicious appetizers packed with seasonal produce
• ‘fromage blanc’, chestnut cream and glazed chestnut chips
• rhubarb compote on a bed of meringue with butter biscuit chips
• ’Crème Praline’ and gingerbread
• pineapple ice cream, vanilla flavoured cream and grated coconut

Seasonal fruit, orange and grapefruit juice and the cocktail of the day (from concentrate). Seasonal fruit salad and citrus fruit salad.
